Care & Cleaning Instructions
Daily Care: After each use, rinse the bottle/dispenser with clean, warm water. Avoid soap or detergents as they can clog the natural pores of the clay.
Weekly Deep Clean: Use a stiff or soft brush with warm water, or a mixture of water and baking soda/white vinegar, to scrub the interior and remove mineral deposits.
Monthly Maintenance: Allow the bottle to air-dry completely for 24 hours to prevent excess moisture and mineral buildup.
Handling & Storage: Always handle with care to prevent cracks. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight when not in use. With proper maintenance, the bottle/dispenser can last for decades.
Usage Guide
- First Use: Wash thoroughly with water and a little baking soda. Fill with clean water and leave for at least 2 hours, then empty and refill before first use.
- Daily Use: Always fill with filtered or drinking water (never directly from tap). For maximum benefit, fill at night and let it rest for 6–8 hours to allow natural mineral infusion and oxygenation.
- Optimal Hydration: The clay naturally cools water by 5–10°F, giving you refreshing water without refrigeration. For best taste and effect, consume within 8 hours of filling.
- Optional Boost: Add a few small pieces of Himalayan or rock sea salt to naturally increase mineral content.
- Avoid: Do not use with hot liquids, carbonated beverages, or milk-based drinks, as they can damage the clay’s porous structure.
